    I’ve started having a teaspoon of the fire cider before bed every night and I’ve found that it stops me from getting “dinner bloat” that I get when I eat potatoes which is really great! Loving the product so far, it goes great diluted with hot water and a lemon wedge! 😁

    A month ago I started adding a teaspoon of Fire Cider to my regular morning, warm lemon juice/water flush.
    The refreshing kick represents good value, you don’t need much. Drilling down into the ingredients/area it’s produced there’s certified goodness in a bottle and I haven’t been sick!

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

 

A well-loved remedy known to ease digestion, fight obesity and diabetes, cleanse toxins from the body. A good source of acetic acid, which may contribute to weight loss and health benefits such as lower blood sugar and healthier cholesterol levels. Also contains probiotics, mineral salts, amino acids, and other key components of good nutrition.

Fresh Horseradish

 

is naturally rich in antioxidants, and Vitamin C which both help to promote a healthy immune system. Known to help digestion, speed metabolism, boost circulation, clear mucus. Its Antibacterial properties have been shown to kill harmful bacteria and microbes that result in infections.

Garlic
